The study was commissioned jointly by the Livelihood School and UNDP under the Solution Exchange Network- Work & Employment Community Action Group on the project entitled ‘Emerging Institutional Models to promote Livelihoods under Dynamic Market and Changing Legal Environment’. The theme being itself a dynamic, there is always scope for practitioners/academics to make comments /contribution in the research report.
